言梓沫：Because I have been working out all the time, I don't worry about my physical fitness, as long as I strengthen it a week in advance.（因为我是一直有在健身，所以体能这方面是不担心的，只要提前一周加强巩固就行。）</p>

言梓沫：In terms of diet, I always eat according to the recipe given to me by my dietitian. Before the performance, I will eat seven minutes full, and then go to the performance.
